As a certified advanced yoga teacher with a passion for learning, I have
studied numerous styles of yogic arts. Each style offers unique gifts
and I appreciate sharing diverse approaches. I currently live and teach
in Southern California, though I am available for travel to offer weekend
workshops and intensives. You are never too young or too old to begin or to evolve! I work with
students from toddlers to active older adults in their eighties, offering
classes and special interest workshops for all ages and levels. Movement is an integral part of a healthy, whole being. And spiritual fitness classes are a copasetic and cohesive match to healthy eating and positive thinking. |

Yoga Therapy is an opportunity to work one-on-one with a focus on freeing your emotional body as you reconnect with your physical body. Emotional traumas and events can be held within our body. Gentle stretches coupled with encouraging dialogue can enable our body to embrace deeper breathing and release. |

Do-In (pronounced doe-een) is an ancient form of self-massage that prefaced all forms of massage, reflexology and acupuncture we are familiar with in modern life. Through a series of seven different techniques the chi or ki (life force) in the body is stimulated and energized. A regular practice is fun, and easy to learn and maintain. Do-In can be done anywhere and at any time. I offer these teachings individually or within a workshop. |

Breathing & Meditation Classes can be held privately, in groups or as part of an intensive. Breathing is fundamental to longevity and well-being. Most people only use approximately 25% of their lung capacity! As we increase our awareness and use of our breath, every other system in our body benefits, our thoughts become clearer and our emotions more stable. Meditation can greatly reduce stress, create more sound sleep and enable us to become more present in our lives. I offer private sessions with the option of recording personal audiotapes for your future use. |
