Private Yoga Instruction in your home: $65.00 to $100 per class
Live & Vegetarian Cooking Classes

Classes are offered in your kitchen and assistance is also available for organizing your kitchen so you’re ready to go! These classes will vary in price depending on the ingredients and number of participants.

Long distance phone or in person consultations are available for those ready to embrace a healthier lifestyle. Aspects are addressed as needed and woven into the fabric of an overall healthy, body, mind and spirit. We work with positive thinking, goals and intentions, regular support and checking in. Consultations can be done on a monthly retainer for the best value and structure.
